All of us are facing different episodes in our life and please do take time to rest and retreat if you find yourself in a state of unease. Some of us may be experiencing intense healing at this time, for others there may be big chunks of energetic blocks that we need to resolve, don’t brush them aside, work on them so that you can be healed and renewed. Whatever you are going through, seek the deeper meaning for why you are going through them. What are the lessons here and what are the gifts that will emerge from them.

In times like this, if we are not mindful, we may end up being overwhelmed by our emotions and act to hurt ourselves or other. Be mindful and Honour yourself, allow yourself to rest, allow yourself to have some fun and allow yourself to find therapy if you need to during this time.

I hope we’ll all get through this time in high vibe. The Om in the background is also a sound that you can tone along…Om is the sound of the Universe, by chant Om, you’ll bring harmony and balance to the entire being.
