If you have been completely swept up by the recent energies or you are ruminating too much about the past and think too much about the future, this recording will help you find your balance and come back to the here and now.

None of us can ever make sound decision unless we are fully present in the current. All too often we’ll get swept up by our emotion, our daily chores and all sorts of situation and people that are pulling us to all different direction, it is in times like this that grounding work is most important. Being able to stand in the here and now is when you can truly face life with authenticity.

This recording was channelled together with the previous about “Release”. We have been nudged to release a lot lately and after all that purging, it is time to come back to yourself, to know where you are, what you are and what you are truly meant to be. Be present, be in the now is exactly where you need to be right now. Don’t take any more leaps until you are grounded in the now.

The energies channeled in this session will ground you. Some of you may even feel a pull from your core down to the center of the Earth. You may also see a symbol that is helping you to ground.
