For many of us there might have been things that we wanted to manifest but seem to be getting very slow momentum. Perhaps you felt guided on a certain path but the journey seems to be plagued with obstacles and you may start to wonder if you’ve got the guidance all wrong.

Remember that there is divine order to everything. Trust in the process and know that this entire journey you are on comprises what you need to learn and go through. While miracles happen, we are still here to journey through our life path, no shortcuts. But trust that it’s all happening for your highest good.

This channeled session is to help you get through the sense of stuck-ness or stillness you are facing. While you are listening, try to do some body sensing. Scan through your body to see if you can sense any blocks that your body is picking up. Ask your body to show you, you may get a respond through a sensation. Then try to clear those blocks in that part of the body by setting intention and visualising a pure white light in that part of the body and ask it to assist you to bring balance, healing and cleansing in that area.

I would also like to highlight that we all need to maintain our self-awareness and mindfulness after these sound healing sessions. When you experience an energy shift internal after these session, much will be coming up to the surface for you to review and heal. This continues to happen in days or even weeks to come. Maintaining your self awareness is when you can tap into intuitive guidance that will guide you further along. You can only receive these tips when you are self aware.
